Every detail was good: staff and rooms. Loved Auckland, the hotel was sweet. The bed was really nice and the bedroom was lovely big. The staff did all they can for a FUN stay. Lots of pastries, yoghourt, bread and cakes at breakfast. Easy check-in, late check-out.

We had an excellent experience. Unbeatable location to War Memorial. The superior king suite was light, included shower facilities, a hairdryer and dressing gowns. Accommodating, superfriendly employees.

Clean accommodation, delightful staff. I appreciated the suite and had the best stay. Solid breakfast, fantastic service. Top location within walking distance of grey lynn. A bar in the reception, convenient. Light drinks, good wifi were a nice surprise.
